How much does it cost to Particpate in the 40 over 40 photo sessions?

The investment is only $350 (Total value is $840) This fee holds your date and allows us to book in the hair and makeup artist for your session, it also includes Tamara's time and expertise, the initial consultation, styling and prep consultation, photo session, complimentary legacy print, and a viewing and ordering session.

+ What does the $350 include?

CONSULTATION We will have a zoom call consultation to discuss styling, planning, hair & makeup for the session. I will guide you on what to wear and bring to the photo session.

HAIR & MAKEUP You will be pampered with complimentary professional makeup application and dry hairstyling.

PHOTO SESSION A 2 hour photo session with Tamara.

COMPLIMENTARY MATTED PRINT After the session we will meet via a Zoom for your viewing and ordering session for you to select between 30-45 images that will blow your mind. At this time, you will select your complimentary legacy matted print ready for you to frame and display. Additionally, you can purchase the photographs you love and choose from our portrait collections and products.

FEATURED ON OUR BLOG + SOCIAL MEDIA Your photos and interview will be shared on our blog and social media. Your story matters and people need to know the wonderful woman from the pictures.

+ How much do most clients spend?

Portrait collections start at $1,500 and go up from there. Some clients spend between $3,000 to $7,000. Each client has different needs. Each session is custom-tailored to meet yours. You will decide where your gorgeous images will live. We have a lux line of productus for you to choose from which include wall art, legacy boxes, and handcrafted Italian albums. We will go over pricing and end goal needs on our consultation call. There won't be any hard selling. You would only buy what you love.

+ Can I just get the digitals?

Digitals and prints are the same price. Each image you purchase comes with its corresponding digital file.

+ Where does the photo session take place?

Session willl take place in our studio in Chesapeake, VA.

+ What days do you have available for this session?

We have availability at this time for sessions on Tuesdays & Fridays at 10:00am. Availability is first come first served. On your consultation chat with Tamara she will share next available dates and make sure to find an opening that works for you. Saturdays are considered prime times and require a $2,000 deposit which will go towards your purchase. We are closed on Sundays.

+ Why are you passionate about these sessions?

I'm 42 years old myself. We’ve been told by the media and society that once we reach this age is all “down hill” from here or that our “best years” are over. I know many women, I know you do too, over the age of 40 that are in their best years and have accumulated so much wisdom and maturity in every stage of their lives. I want to use this platform to share with the world the stories of successful, inspiring amazing women that are over the age of 40. That's why I've created these sessions.

+ I'm not photogenic though! Is that ok?

I hear this often. You need to know that you are perfect and beautiful just the way you are. My superpower is turning women of all shapes and sizes into super models through expert direction, lighting, styling & posing. It's time you embrace everything about you.

+ What will I wear?

We will go over what to wear during our consultation. You can wear up to 4 different outfits in your session. Outfits can include jeans and a top, a sun dress, a fancy cocktail dress or jumpsuit. This will be up to you! I want to photograph you based on your vision and personality.

+ Can I refer a friend over 40 to also be a part of these photo sessions?

Absolutely. I would love to have your friends be part of this. Please share with others.

+ How are you choosing who participates?

The photo sessions are first come, first served. We only have 40 spots available. Once we hit 40 women, we will create a waitlist of interested women. Basically, if you're willing to have a phone consultation to connect with me, you pay the promotion offer price of $350, you book your date, you are over 40 (or turning 40 this year) you can be a part of the photo sessions.

+ What if I'm schedule and paid $350 session fee but need to reschedule my session?

We get it, life happens. I do book in my hair & makeup artist's time to be at your photo session. Therefore, you are allowed one reschedule at no charge. We do charge a $100 rescheduling fee. That said, hopefully this won't be an issue at all.
