She’s the one everyone relies on.

The one who holds things together.
The one who shows up.
The one who figures it out.

She’s capable, steady, and strong in ways most people don’t question.

But what people don’t see is how

I used to think my relationship with God
was something that only happened in my mind.

Through prayer.
Through thoughts.
Through trying to believe the right things.

But I’ve been learning something different.

When my body feels safe&hellip

Remembering Jesus today.

The way He stayed even in suffering.

There’s something about that kind of love that changes how I see healing.

I’m just sitting with that today.

For a long time, I didn’t have language for what I was experiencing.

I just thought, this is how I am.

But what I’ve come to understand is that many of the patterns we carry
aren’t personality traits.

They’re responses.
