We lost Mia last year in February after 13 years with her.

There was so much love and so much grief.

And then in May, Charlie came into our lives.

We thought we were rescuing him but in so many ways, he met us right in that space and brought joy b

She’s the one everyone relies on.

The one who holds things together.
The one who shows up.
The one who figures it out.

She’s capable, steady, and strong in ways most people don’t question.

But what people don’t see is how

I used to think my relationship with God
was something that only happened in my mind.

Through prayer.
Through thoughts.
Through trying to believe the right things.

But I’ve been learning something different.

When my body feels safe&hellip

Remembering Jesus today.

The way He stayed even in suffering.

There’s something about that kind of love that changes how I see healing.

I’m just sitting with that today.
