For a long time, I lived in a state of tension. Composed, capable, productive but bracing.
Peace felt unfamiliar. Slowing down felt unsafe. Rest felt irresponsible.

There comes a moment when striving no longer works.

Not because you’ve failed but because what you need can’t be earned.

This is the quiet shift from effort to availability.
From doing more to allowing yourself to receive what has alrea

You don’t need to prove you’re ready.
You don’t need to perform your healing.
You don’t need to become someone new.

There is a quieter strength that comes when you stop striving
and let what’s already true take its plac

There comes a moment when you stop reaching outward
and start coming home to yourself.

Not because everything is solved but because you finally feel safe enough to stay.
